Join us for our a collaborative event with special guest chef Jessica Dittly, owner of Terroir General Store in Lockport, NY. Jessica is drawing her inspiration for this 6-course tasting menu from the terroir of WNY - leaning on anything that can be foraged during the late spring and found swiftly on farm stands around our area. This menu is for those looking to be delighted by a unique experience and those with a sense for culinary adventure. The following is a sketch of that night’s menu:

Course 3: Escargot & Mushrooms

Course 4: Spruce Tip and Lime Posset

Course 5: Homemade Pasta

Course 6: Chocolate Budino & Coffee Dessert

Our guest chef will accomodate all dietary restrictions - please note as such in the comments when you purchase your tickets.

The experience is meant to be one that hearkens back to the speakeasies of the 1920s - the time that the Shirt Factory was booming under ownership of Robert Newell.  Scott, Chris, and Jessica have teamed up to set the backdrop for an unforgettable evening to be enjoyed by candlelight and the sounds of the roaring '20s. All windows will be draped to ensure the privacy of our clients.

All cocktails are available for purchase A LA CARTE that evening. Dinner begins at 8pm, but guests are invited to arrive as early as 7:30 to enjoy drinks before being seated for dinner.

For the first time ever, we are opening our Speakeasy to walk-ins from the hours of 4-7 to enjoy bar seating and our one-night only specialty cocktail menu before our ticketed dinner guests arrive.

For our TICKETED DINNER GUESTS:

All seats in our back room will be reserved and all clients will be received at the back door (the ramp entrance) beginning at 7:30 for dinner. The door will remain locked otherwise. 

The dress code is dress to impress/cocktail attire, and we always encourage our guests to have a bit of fun and dress to the 1920s era. The cocktails are exclusive to this one evening, and the 6 course menu has been curated to complement the cocktails. 

All ticketed guests will receive an email confirmation the day prior to the event with a secret password to present at the time of your arrival, in addition to other pertinent information.

On Saturday May 6th, we are drawing our curtains and mixing by candlelight. Our first speakeasy of 2023 is the FIRST EVER we have hosted that does not require a reservation or a ticket - all you need is the password.

In honor of Cider Week NY, we have curated a list of brand new cocktails featuring the talents of our friends at Steampunk Cider, and you can expect to experience the apple as you never have before. We are honoring the craft of our friends and allowing the apple to take centerstage, whilst pairing it with unexpected and unique flavors and profiles. Cider was pivotal to the era of prohibition - and you'll see why.

The doors will be LOCKED. To gain entry, follow the ramp on the side of the building and wait for the door to open. To get the PASSWORD - you must "like/follow" Steampunk on Facebook or Instagram, and MESSAGE THEM to receive the secret password. Small plates will be available a la carte, and we are excited to have our bar cakes back, thanks to pastry chef MaryBeth Sandy of Harvest at Bent's Opera House. We hope you'll join us for drinks and bites by candlelight this Saturday from 3-10. Costumes not required, but you know we love a good prohibition vibe

Madison also led our kitchen and managed the Shirt Factory from 2019-2020! She will be curating the savory courses, while our own Pastry Chef Marin Shaffer will be delighting with dessert.

The experience is meant to be one that hearkens back to the speakeasies of the 1920s - the time that the Shirt Factory was booming under ownership of Robert Newell.  Scott and Madison have teamed up in the past to present our first speakeasies, and they are eager to reunite to set the backdrop for an unforgettable evening to be enjoyed by candlelight and the sounds of the roaring '20s. All windows will be draped to ensure the privacy of our clients.

All bar seats and our back room will be reserved, and walk-ins will only be accommodated IF there is availability. All clients will be received at the back door (the ramp entrance) at 4:45-5 and 7:15-7:30. The door will remain locked otherwise.

With the launch of TIKI THURSDAY, Scott and Chris invite you to experience a special (one time?) event to celebrate their love of RUM with a special rum tasting!
